Early Career Committee

The AAAR Early Career Committee is looking for additional volunteers to be speakers for the 2022 AAAR Early Career Event, tentatively titled “Empowerment and Engagement.” This session will consist of a series of rotating roundtable discussions, with a focus on elevating the voices of early-career scientists.

They are looking for additional perspectives about advocating for oneself in one’s own career and engaging within and outside their own institutions. All sectors and disciplines are welcome to participate. If you are interested in sharing your experiences with early-career aerosol scientists and enriching their professional development, please contact Joe Woo (wooj@lafayette.edu) with your desire to participate.

Newsletter Committee

The AAAR Newsletter Committee will be looking for a junior associate editor to assist with Particulars. This is a great way to get engaged with AAAR. Junior associate editors typically make a three-year commitment and serve as associate editor followed by editor. Please contact Kerry Kelly (kerry.kelly@chemeng.utah.edu) if you are interested (on behalf of the Newsletter Committee of Justice Savage, Krystal Pollitt, and Kerry Kelly).
