The AAAR 44th Annual Conference will host the 9th annual Fine Particle Arts Competition. Showcase your creative side and help educate the world about aerosols! As in previous years, there are three categories for submission.
- Microscopic scale images (<1mm) images: Creative micrographs or molecular simulation renders capturing small-scale aerosols or aerosol phenomena.
- Macroscopic scale (>1mm) images: Creative photographs, collages, or other artwork capturing larger-scale aerosols or aerosol phenomena.
- Video: Create an engaging and educational video (no more than three minutes in length) that explains aerosol science to a wider audience.

Submissions for the Fine Particle Arts Competition will open at the beginning of August. The deadline to enter the Competition is October 2, 2026 11:59 pm (ET). More detailed information will be made available via email and the conference website closer to the submission date.
